I love to be active in clubs around campus and to do volunteer work whenever I have the time. My inspiration is Audrey Hepburn and I want to be her when I grow up. Obviously, I am obsessed with everything that involves fashion and as Audrey Hepburn said it, " Life is a party, dress like it."

We encourage everyone in Fashion Associates to run for Exec. We truly believe that the skills learned in these positions above are what teach everyone important skills for future careers in fashion and retail. Being on the board looks really good on a resume, and is a great thing to talk to employers about when looking for jobs.
If you are looking to be on Exec, then we encourage everyone to run for positions as they open up at the end of each semester. All positions are re-filled at the end of the year, and a few open up at the end of fall semester. If you are interested in running for exec, then during elections members will be asked to give a speech, and then based on qualifications and overall committment to FA, the members will be voted on by the entire organization!
In addition to our exec board, we also give members the opportunity to be committee heads for the seven committees that put our fashion show together, which is held during Moms Weekend. Those committee heads include 'Advertising', 'Donations & Fundraising', 'Hair & Makeup', 'Models', 'Clothing', 'Show Production' and 'Decorations'. These positions will be discussed in detail at one of the meetings once the production of the fashion show is underway. Furthermore, the Exec Board will hand out applications, and decidede who fulfills these committee head positions.
